I lead by example. Now with nearly 20 years of experience as a managing broker, I founded RE/MAX Capital City in 1994. We have been growing ever since.

Guidance is a passion of mine. I love helping people move to a better career. As a result, RE/MAX Capital City is an organization designed to create top producers. This allows me to encourage my team on a more personal level. Always knowing everybody, and participating in what they hope to become as agents for RE/MAX Capital City is not only personally rewarding, but rewarding for RMCC and everyone affiliated.

I hope to inspire people by being who I am and how I do things. Fully putting myself into the company by taking risks and overcoming challenges is extremely important and allows for continual new adventures. Always inspiring people to change not who they are, but rather how they approach their business, is a significant professional goal of mine.
